Welcome to Santa Cruz! This charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in one of the best neighborhoods in town reminds you everywhere you look that it's all about the beach, surfing, and having a wonderful, laid back vacation! Just a one block walk to the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor, a short, 6 minute stroll to Twin Lakes Beach, and a 10 minute walk to the Boardwalk, this home is right where you want to be. Harbor Hideaway features 2 fully enclosed, furnished and beautifully landscaped patio areas; one in front of the house and one in the back of the house with privacy and a Gas BBQ. The living room features a wood burning fireplace for cozy nights with ocean breezes coming in through the front door as well as a stereo with CD player. The kitchen has every amenity available for cocktails at sunset or a full, family dinner. Each bedroom features high quality, matching linens with fluffy pillows and duvets. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, wireless internet with ethernet cable if needed, a flat screen high def TV and a charming bathroom with dual sinks. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, access to the back patio area and a connecting, "surfer" style bathroom to the family room. The family room features a full entertainment center with TV, DVD and VCR. The couch turns into a queen sofa bed and does have privacy. Stackable washer/dryer in closet off kitchen area. There is driveway parking for 2 cars and 1 permit for street parking.  BOTH PATIOS ARE FULLY FENCED! NO SMOKING ALLOWED. BED SIZES: 1 QUEEN, 2 TWINS, 1 QUEEN SOFA BED WITH LINENS PROVIDED!
