Villa del Sol, our four bedroom, three bathroom Santa Cruz beach home comfortably sleeps Twelve and is just 1 ½ blocks from the sandy beaches at 20th Avenue or Sunny Cove Beach on 17th Avenue. The house is ideal for two families or a group of friends. The oversized dining room table is perfect for group dinners, (table seats 12). For dining al fresco, there is a gas BBQ grill and picnic table in the private back yard and also there are 2 tables and 10 comfortable chairs on the large deck off the living room. You’ll find the gourmet kitchen stocked with all the tools and gadgets you need to prepare simple or elaborate meals. If cooking is not for you, there is an album filled with local restaurant reviews and take-out menus. You’ll love the high ceilings and the ridge-beam skylight over the living room and dining room. Sit on the sunny back deck with your morning coffee, and later, after a day at the beach, relax and sip drinks with friends on the front deck, or cozy up with your family in front of the stunning copper and river rock fireplace! Newly installed 42" Flat Screen TV in the living room. We have provided many extra amenities for a memorable week at the beach: Beach towels, high quality linens, washer/dryer and laundry soap, board games, beach chairs, sand toys, books, movies, ping-pong table, gas grill, hair dryers, shampoo/conditioner, and more… The bed configurations in the four bedrooms are as follows: Bedroom # 1 Master bedroom/master bath upstairs–Queen bed, tv/dvd/vcr, deck with comfortable swivel chairs and bistro table Bedroom # 2- Day Bed and trundle (two twin beds) Bedroom # 3- Queen Bed, tv.
