Casa del Mar is located just on the island on Beach Drive at Rio del Mar Beach where you can enjoy a leisurely walk to the Rio del Mar Beach complete with restrooms and showers, miles of sand, lunch at the  Pixie Deli, coffee at Full of Beans or walk along the esplanade to the famous Palo Alto cement ship and pier for some fishing.  This home features a wood-burning fireplace, TV with cable, WIRELESS INTERNET, VCR and DVD player, full kitchen and large patio area with Webber BBQ and patio table, chairs, umbrella and lounge chairs great for relaxing and reading a book while listening to the waves.  There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms sleeping 8 guests.  Downstairs you have your living room, kitchen, dining area and 1 full bath with shower.  Upstairs are all 3 bedrooms 2 facing the ocean and Master with a slider to balcony deck and chairs.  Bathroom has tub/shower combo. Bonus sink in third bedroom with bunk and trundle bed.  Parking is on the street ONLY.  NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED. NO WASHER OR DRYER. BED SIZES: 2 Queens, 4 Twins (1 Bunk and 1 Trundle).  Linens PROVIDED!!
