The Beach Escape is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the TOP floor with spectacular ocean views from living room, kitchen and dining area.  Living room has gas fireplace, built in Flat Screen TV above fireplace, cable, DVD Player,  Internet, and access to the balcony deck.  Deck has patio furniture and Gas BBQ.  Full kitchen that is open to living room and dining area.  There is a bonus family room with hidden door to close for a 3rd room. Pool and laundry facilities for guest use at the 230 building.  Pool is heated from Memorial day – Labor day only.  Enjoy a leisurely walk down the hill to the Rio del Mar Beach complete with restrooms and showers, miles of sand, lunch at the Pixie Deli, coffee at Full of Beans or walk along the esplanade to the famous Palo Alto cement ship and pier for some fishing.  Don’t forget the fabulous shopping , famous Beach Boardwalk only 15 minute drive North, Bargetto Winery, Monterey Bay Aquarium and Phil’ Famous Fish Market 20 – 45 minute drive South, Long Marine Lab, Bonfante Gardens Theme Park in Gilroy or Gizdich Ranch in Watsonville for berry picking with the kids and so much more also await you, near The Beach Escape!   Parking is located in the shared garage for 2 cars. NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED.
