You will enjoy this large Santa Cruz beach house for your next vacation getaway. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 bath, plus family room AND playroom, 2 fireplaces, free wireless internet, beautifully furnished and great separation for family and friends, just 1 1/2 blocks to the best Santa Cruz beach. This is a reversed floor plan with 3 bedrooms & 2-1/2 Baths downstairs. The Master includes a gas fireplace and large bathroom with double sinks, big Jacuzzi tub and separate extra spacious shower. Upstairs is an open floor plan kitchen and living room with deck and ocean view. Quality wicker furniture with plush cushions, kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, everything you need to make a family meal or gourmet dinner for 2. The Family room and kids playroom are also on the second floor. The Family Room has a large comfy couch and extra big chair, large gas fireplace, 32” TV and DVD player. The exterior has a small back yard, and for those surfers and beach goers, there is a private shower AND tub with hot and cold water. The upstairs deck has ocean view, picnic table for grownups and one for kids, gas BBQ, and 2 heat lamps for those chilly nights.

Monthly Tenants are to have the house and linens professionally cleaned upon departure.  Kendall & Potter will set this up for you, and pay from deposit with copy of all invoices with final statemetn.  This is used to restock, clean and sanitize the home.  Tenants are still responsible for the basic cleanliness of the home. 

Tenants will be responsible for reimbursement, to owner, for utility costs during your stay.  In most cases the owner will pay the bill tokeep current and send copies to us to give to you.  You will write a check payable to the owner and send it to the Kendall & Potter office.  We will send your utility payment to the owner.

Pleas enot etaht the First Months' rent and deposit are payabel by cashier check or money order.  We are sorry, we do NOT accept credit cards for erntal payments, but we do require it for our records.
