The interior features Living and Dining Rooms with a gas fireplace, color TV with cable and VCR, Wireless Internet Access, and a Deluxe Full size Sofa Bed with an Aero Mattress. Full Kitchen with dishwasher. You have a lovely viewing deck with a charcoal BBQ and complete views of the Rio del Mar Beach and Palo Alto cement ship & pier. For your convenience there are washer and dryer facilities and a pool for guest use. BED SIZES: 1 KING, 2 TWINS, 1 FULL SIZE AERO SOFA BED... Linens PROVIDED!

$2300 per month with a $2300.00 DeposiT

Monthly Tenants are to  have the house professionally cleaned upon departure.  Kendall & Potter will set this up for you , and pay from deposit with copy of all invoices with your final statement.  This is used to restock, clean and sanitize the home.  Guests are still responsible for the basic cleanliness of the home.  Tenants will also be responsible for reimbursement, to owner, for utilitiy costs during your stay.  In most cases the owner will pay the bill to keep it current and send copies to Kendall & Potter for us to give to you with break down.  Tenants will wrtie a check payable to the owner and send to Kendall & Potter to forward to owner.
