Home is located in the heart of the Seabright neighborhood and is within walking distance to Castle Beach, The Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Seabright Brewery, Betty's Burgers, Pacific Edge Climbing & Yoga Gym and just a short walk over to Aldo's or the Harbor to enjoy a ride onteh Yach Harbor Taxi over to the Crows Nest for an oceanfront lunch or to the Bakery.. Back yard offers an Outdoor Shower, wrought iron furniture, fire pit, barbecue, and Hot Tub! The interior features extra long windows with wood shutters throughout the house. Kitchen has full amenities, including Dishwasher, Microwave, CD Player, Gas Stove and a large pantry for storage. Living room has large TV with cable, DVD/VCR player combo. The Master bedroom also has a TV/DVD combo. Wireless Internet available. Washer/Dryer provided. Second bedroom has one set of bunks and one twin bed. Street Parking. NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED!
