Beach Therapy is a very cozy tri-level home that is light, bright and tastefully decorated. Located only 1 block from the Seabright/Sand Castle Beach, a short walking distance from the famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.  This home offers many amenities; central vacuum system, Flat screen TV, VCR/DVD player, decorative fireplace, radio intercom, GAS BBQ, full kitchen, and full size washer & dryer in laundry room. There are three decks available for your convenience.  Two decks off the main floor, one for relaxing and the other for BBQ,  while the front deck for your dining and Castle Beach view. The Master Bedroom suite is on the top floor and is private with full bath, a sitting area, it's own wet bar, refrigerator and TV.  Your second and third bedrooms are on the bottom floor both uniquely decorated. Second bedroom has its own private bathroom.  Back yard area with private full shower great to clean up after a fun day at the beach.  Parking in either the ONE car garage or driveway.  Just a short walk to Seabright Brewery, Betty’s Burgers, Santa Cruz History Museum, Sea Breeze Café, and Downtown Pacific Garden Mall.  Come and get your Beach Therapy!   BED SIZES: 2 QUEENS AND 2 TWINS WITH LINENS PROVIDED! ..NO NO NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED!
