For your convenience this home provides a fully equipped kitchen, a color TV with Cable/DVD player, Stereo with CD/tape player, an assortment of tapes & DVDs, wireless hot spot and outdoor Gas Grill. This home is located just a ½ block from one of the world’s greatest surfing areas! Enclosed back yard with Hot Tub, outdoor shower and washer/dryer in garage PLUS storage! You are only minutes by bike or ½ hour walk to Capitola or Santa Cruz Harbor. Beach Boardwalk, shopping restaurants, wineries, and golf are all nearby. NO PETS, SMOKING OR CHILDREN UNDER 10.
