Pacific Getaway is in the perfect location of the Westside of Santa Cruz!  Walk into the front door or door from driveway and go up the stairway to the Living, Dining, Kitchen and 1/2 bath.  Living room is very comfortable and offers TV with cable, DVD/CD player, WiFI connection and gas fireplace.  Kitchen is fully equipped with adjacent balcony for morning coffee or a meal.  Two upper levels provide your four bedrooms. The second floor has two bedrooms, both with Queen beds.  Master bedroom has it's own private bath with second bathroom in the hallway for the other bedrooms to share.  Top third floor has two more bedrooms, one with a Queen and the other with two trundle beds.  Trundle bedroom also features a foosball table and desk.  Guests have use of the gated pool and hot tub.  Parking in two-car garage with driveway parking as well.  Washer/Dryer in garage as well as a GAS BBQ.  Just steps from the Santa Cruz Wharf, Beach Boardwalk, Pacific Garden Mall and walking paths along West Cliff and the historic Light House Museum.  Don't forget to visit the local wineries, or Seymour Discovery Museum.  Or take a short drive to Watsonville to the Gizdich Racnh for a day of berry picking, Phil's Fish Market for great cippino, or to Monterey Bay Aquarium.  Come and enjoy peace and relaxation at Pacific Getaway today.  We look forward to seeing you soon! NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED.  BED SIZES: 3 QUEENS, 2 TRUNDLES WITH LINENS PROVIDED!

Off Season MONTHLY ONLY.. $5000.00 per Month and $7500.00 deposit.

Monthly Tenants are to have the house/linens professionally cleaned upon departure.  Kendall & Potter will set this up for you, and pay from deposit with a copy of all invoices with final statement.  This is used to restock, clean and sanitize the home.  Tenants are still responsible for the basic cleanliness of the home.  Tenants will also be responsible for reimbursement, to Owner, for the utility costs during your stay.  In most cases the owner will pay the bill to keep it current and send copies to Kendall & Potter to give to the Tenant.  You would then write a check payable to the Owner and send it to Kendall & Potter's Office.  We will send your utility payment to the Owner
