Black Pearl Cottage is a uniquely designed, beautiful beach house with spectacular views of the Monterey Bay. Located in the heart of the Seabright neighborhood, this home is among some of the most historic beach homes in the Santa Cruz area. Cottage has landscaped garden with flowers and little pathways, plus patio furniture for sitting outside and gazing at the sea. Private Hot Tub in back patio area. Living room offers River Rock wood burning fireplace and full ocean views. TV w/Cable. VCR, DVD Player, Satellite Radio, and High Speed Internet are also provided.  The Black Pearl Cottage is located on the West side of the Harbor just a few short blocks to ride on the yacht Harbor Taxi over to the Crows Nest for an oceanfront luch or breakfast at the bakery.  You are walking distance to the Famous Beach Boardwalk, Natural History Museum, Seabright Brewery, Betty's Burgers, Pacific Edge Climbing & Yoga Gym and the local coffee shop.  Parking in driveway for 2 cars. NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED. BED SIZES: 2 King beds and 1 Queen, sleeping 6. LINENS PROVIDED!
