For your convenience this home offers 3 TV's (all with DVD Players; 42" T.V. in living room), VCR, WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION, and Stereo with CD Player. You have a chimenia on the patio off dining/living room for outdoor fires while enjoying the sunset. Ping Pong Table on back deck! Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, refrigerator has the on door water and ice dispenser. Gas Fireplace. Beach access is on 26th Avenue (1 block away). Two car garage and driveway parking. NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED! HOUSE IS ON CLIFF WITH 2 STORY DROP WITH NO FENCING OR BARRIERS! Sleeps 8. Linens Provided. 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, and 1 Twin/Double Bunk Bed.
