Welcome to this charming single level home in the Seabright neighborhood of Santa Cruz.  About 6 steps up to the front door where you enter into your spacious living room with 40’ flat screen TV with Cable, Blu-Ray DVD player, Internet, and stereo.  Off living room is the Master bedroom and bathroom with claw foot tub.  Kitchen is fully equipped with dining area.  Second bedroom is off kitchen area with hallway leading to back laundry room with stackable washer/dryer, second bathroom and back door.  Separate from the main house thru the enclosed backyard is the “Teen” cottage as the third bedroom.   Enclosed backyard offers your charcoal BBQ, hot/cold shower and patio furniture.  Vicky by the Sea is steps to one of the best local beaches, complete with fire rings, restrooms, snack shack and showers.  Park your car in the 2 car driveway and walk to major tourists’ attractions such as… Famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Yacht Harbor with its water taxi.  Restaurants like Crows Nest, Betty’s Burgers, Seabreeze Café, Aldo’s and Seabright Brewery.  Lighthouse-to-Lighthouse beaches.  You are only a 45 minute drive to Monterey or Carmel, and 15 – 20 minute drive to Gizdich Ranch for a day of berry picking or Phil’s Fish Market for some great Cippino!  Come be a local!
