Otter’s View Home is located in the Sand Dollar Beach complex on Monterey Bay, 10 miles south of Santa Cruz off Hwy l. Otter’s View is a beautiful four-story dramatic ocean view home with accommodations for 8 guests. Otter’s View has just recently been remodeled with a completely new kitchen, redecorated living room, new fireplace, and new floors and freshly painted inside and out. The entrance floor (1st) consists of a two car garage, a sauna and shower. The 2nd floor has the master suite with full bath and deck access. A second bedroom has a queen sized bed with deck access and has a connecting full bath leading to a garden side bedroom that has two twin beds. The third floor is the common area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and the GREAT ROOM with gas fire place, game area, and a large sitting area with a 52 inch Flat screen HD TV. Off the living room is a large deck with expansive ocean views stretching from the cliffs of Monterey to the high surf of Santa Cruz. There is an additional deck directly off the kitchen that has a large gas grill for cooking. The fourth floor consists of a loft offering an additional queen sized bed, library and bathroom. However, SMOKING AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

There is wonderful dining in the entire area and great restaurants within a few miles of Otter’s View. Just 40 minutes away is the charming town of Carmel, 17-Mile Drive, Pebble Beach Golf Club and the world renowned Monterey Bay Aquarium. Take an afternoon for wine tasting in the Carmel Valley or kayaking the wild life preserve at Moss Landing. Or just spend the day on the deck watching the otters play in the surf, the resident pod of dolphins, the occasional whales that stop in the Bay to rest or the various shore bird feeding frenzies. Or you can walk on the beautiful sandy beach for ten miles without any obstacle.
