The deck overlooks the beach and it's a fantastic place to sit and enjoy that glass of wine while watching the sunset. All of this is located in a private gated community just south of Santa Cruz and north of Monterey. It is the ideal location to enjoy both ends of the Monterey Bay. Whether your family wants to enjoy the Boardwalk in Santa Cruz or the Monterey Bay Aquarium; it is an easy drive to both.
