Master bedroom offers a sitting area, stereo, sauna and access to the Hot Tub overlooking sand and sea. Living room has wood burning stove, TV with Cable, VCR & DVD player, spiral staircase to 3rd level and bedroom, and access to ocean front deck. Deck features Gas BBQ plus shared ladder/stairs off deck to both the 3rd bedroom and walkway to the sand. The Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave, and granite counters. The 3rd bedroom offers a hide away feeling with lifted tub in bathroom with fantastic ocean views, enjoy a cocktail while relaxing in the tub from the kitchenette area with microwave, sink and mini fridge! This bedroom also has a sitting area with TV and VCR and full panoramic ocean views with door leading to wooden walkway with steps to the sand. For your convenience there is a stack-able washer/dryer and driveway parking for 2 cars. NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED!
