Hawley Beach House: Beautifully designed to take advantage of its prime location, this house was built by the owner in the 50’s and is one of the original houses behind the private gate at Rio del Mar Beach. Beach Drive is behind the house, so there is nothing between you and the ocean but sand! A large room with stunning sea views contains a living room/dining area with a gas fireplace, cable TV, WiFi, comfortable furniture, Asian cabinetry, hardwood floors and oriental rugs. Sharing the view is a galley kitchen with electric induction stove/ oven combo, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. The Master bedroom has a queen bed with sliding glass doors which offer a view of the deck and the sea beyond! The second bedroom has a CA King bed with a flat screen television with cable. The third and final bedroom has two twin beds. All linens and bath towels included. The deck is furnished with a teak table with umbrella, chairs, and chaise lounges for relaxing when you're not at the beach! Miles of beach extend in both directions for walks, swimming, boogie boarding and sand castle building. Dolphins and sea birds abound! Sunsets over the sea are breathtaking, especially in the winter months.

Deposit is the same as the Rental amount. There is a Cleaning/Linen fee of $700. If the fees at the end of your stay do not equal this amount then the balance would be put towards the deposit and refunded to you.
Monthly guests are to keep house clean. Guests are responsible for the PG&E, Comcast/XFINITY Bundle (Cable, WiFi and Phone) and Water during their stay at our properties. Owner keeps these utilities current and then sends them to Kendall & Potter. We then prorate for the dates you are at the property sending a copy to you for your records and reimbursement to the owner.
Please note that the First months' rent and deposit are payable by cashier check or money order. We are sorry, we do NOT accept credit cards for rental payments, but we do require it for our records and for your utility bills that may come after your departure.
