Upstairs you have the Master Bedroom with a queen bed & flat screen TV, the hall bathroom used as the master bath as well is equipped with a large glass shower with beautiful tile work. The living, dining room & kitchen are located on the same floor with tropical garden views throughout. Sit back & relax with a cup of coffee & book in hand on the deck off the living room. Spiral staircase leads you to the loft bedroom above the kitchen with 2 twin beds. Downstairs you have a large family room with a Large Flat Screen TV, 2 couches to snuggle up and watch a family movie, blu-ray dvd player, stereo equipment, internet etc. Also located downstairs is a kithenette w/fridge, microwave etc. along with the 3rd bedroom with a full size bed with garden views. Deposit is the same as the Rental amount. There is a Cleaning/Linen fee of $700. If the fees at the end of your stay do not equal this amount then the balance would be put towards the deposit and refunded to you.
Monthly guests are to keep house clean. Guests are responsible for the PG&E, Comcast/XFINITY Bundle (Cable, WiFi and Phone) and Water during their stay at our properties. Owner keeps these utilities current and then sends them to Kendall & Potter. We then prorate for the dates you are at the property sending a copy to you for your records and reimbursement to the owner.
Please note that the First months' rent and deposit are payable by cashier check or money order. We are sorry, we do NOT accept credit cards for rental payments, but we do require it for our records and for your utility bills that may come after your departure.
