The Aquarius is a two-story home sitting right on the beach with a beautifully landscaped back yard/patio facing the ocean. This home features two decks that face the ocean, one deck with a hot tub, right off the kitchen with the second right off the living room with patio table, chairs and umbrella.  This deck has access to the yard/patio with chimenea great for cozy fires in the evening, Adirondack chairs, and Hammock under the pergola. Home is equipped with a CD player, two TV's (Living Room TV is High Def. Wide Screen), VCR player (downstairs), Blu-ray DVD player (Upstairs), IMac Computer with printer, DSL and WiFi with computer in kitchen. Extra large kitchen fully equipped. Second /Third bedrooms are a large GREAT room with pocket type doors to separate down the spiral stairs from living room.  For your convenience, there is an outside Hot/Cold shower, washer and dryer, and a charcoal BBQ. Driveway parking for at least 4 cars. NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED! BED SIZES: 1 CA KING, 1 QUEEN, 1 BUNK (FULL BOTTOM/TWIN TOP) AND 1 QUEEN FUTON BED IN DOWNSTAIRS GREAT ROOM WITH NO LINENS PROVIDED. Linen service for an additional $155.00
